Doesn’t believe she is worth it.
Kayla, in a world filled with billions of amazing people, please don’t base your worth off of the small number of beings surrounding you. I cannot say when and I cannot say how, but I know for a fact that someday, you will receive the real…

I know that the self harm photo got a lot of sad reviews, but this… it needs to be here. It’s so powerful and it sends such a strong message because this is real and it’s sad. If you don’t like this than unfollow me but honestly I will never NOT reblog this. It’s too powerful.

BUT NO SHE’S THE PERFECT SIZE! :(

This is so sad, the girl in the mirror is GORGEOUS!  I would LOVE to have a body like hers.

10 Healthy Sweet Potato Recipes!
For a humble root vegetable, the sweet potato sure does have a lot going for it. The orange tuber packs 438% of your daily value of infection-fighting vitamin A and, like carrots, sweet potatoes are a major source of skin-protecting beta-carotene. While bananas are often touted as the go-to source of potassium, a medium sweet potato has 28% more potassium than a banana. (The mineral helps your body absorb fluids to replace sweat losses.)
Whether sweet potatoes only enter your kitchen on Thanksgiving or they have a regular spot in your cooking rotation, you could probably use more delicious ways to prepare them. Here are 10 recipes for dishes from fries to soup—each with about 300 calories or less.
Spicy Sweet Potato Fries
Roasted Sweet Potato Salad
Gingered Sweet Potato and Carrot Soup
Spiced Sweet Potato Chips
Baked Sweet Potato Latkes
Rosemary Sweet Potato Wedges
Chili-Spiced Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Apple and Sweet Potato Hash Browns
Ginger Sweet Potato Cheesecake
Marshmallow Whipped Sweet Potatoes

Every. Damn. Day.

Especially the “here, have some! a couple of bites won’t hurt!”  Or “you haven’t eaten enough today!”  I count my calories, I consume between 1200 and 1700 a day, I KNOW how much food I put in my body?  Do You?

“A question I have is: What kind of weight did you lift when you first started? I know women are supposed to try to life heavier, but where is a good place to start? And where are you at now? (For example, dumbbell bicep curls.)”
A good place to start is a weight you can lift for 8-12 reps with proper form. If you can do more than 12, the weight is too light. When I first started, I was curling 5 pound dumbbells, now I curl 20s. Work your way up each week. =) One way to progress with the weights is to start with a weight you can lift for 8 reps for about 3-4 sets. Then the next workout, get to 10 reps. The next workout after that, get to 12. Then, up the weight! Of course, if you can lift heavier sooner, go for it! But that’s just an example of a way to progress =)
